Sunday 31st May has been chosen for a social fun fly at our field with a range of fun flying challenges being worked on by Nigel. The day will include a BBQ (gold coin donation), a club General Meeting at 10am, and a car boot sale of a range of items that have been donated to our club. All money raised will go towards offsetting some of the costs currently being incurred as part of the land acquisition process. All members are welcome to bring other items for sale or donation on the day.
Our committee will meet at 9am prior to the General Meeting to review progress on several tasks, all of which will be reported on in the General Meeting at 10am. The agenda for the general meeting will be sent out during this week.
The donated club items will go on sale immediately after the General Meeting to give everyone a chance to have a look at what is on offer. Personal items for sale can be sold, traded, donated at any time during the day. We will fit the fun fly activities in both leading up to and after the General Meeting.
Please let me know if you have any items that you would like discussed at the General Meeting and I will add these to the agenda.
